  • in Tandem: Back | Forth (2021)

    Centering an ambitious collaboration between visual and literary artists, in Tandem: Back | Forth, is a practice of ebb and flow in communion. Ten artists were anonymously paired, a visual and a literary artist, to create site specific works in reference to their paired partner’s piece. The result is the outcome of mutual exchange; a dialogue of works working alongside each other.

  • Radical Pleasure (2022)

    Ten artists collaborate in a reciprocal ekphrastic exhibition challenging and championing our collective and personal relationships to pleasure. to The resulting work invites viewers and readers to consider individual and communal practices that embody and encourage radical pleasure that disrupts the status quo, reclaims identity, and attempts to dismantle capitalism, racism, and the myriad of oppressive systems that seek to destroy us individually and collectively.

  • Shiny Things (2023)

    Shiny Things invites ten artists to exploring the intersections of distraction and attraction inherent to boldly asserting ourselves in a world that often prefers us to stay in the shadows. The resulting work contributes to a conversation about thriving versus surviving and seeking brilliance rather than resigning to expectations and the status quo.

  • Ain’t No Limits (2024)

    Eight artists collaborate in a reciprocal ekphrastic exhibition challenging and championing our collective and personal dedication to actualizing a self unbound by the social, economic, and interpersonal limits often placed on Black women and women of color who dare to demand more freedom, more pleasure, more rest, and more abundance. The artists create original work that disrupts the status quo, reclaims identity, and empowers us to individually and collectively push back against boundaries and limitations that stifle and oppress our attempts to fully self-actualize.
